Mia O’Leary

Mia believes in leading with the heart—connecting deeply with others and fostering spaces where individuals can truly thrive. Her mission is simple: to help people feel good, not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually as well. With every interaction, she strives to create environments that nourish the mind, body, and soul.

As a certified Yoga Teacher (200-hour YTT), Mia is deeply passionate about the transformative power of yoga. However, her journey doesn’t stop there—she is a forever learner, constantly exploring new ways to expand her knowledge and share the wisdom she gathers along the way. Whether it’s diving into new healing practices or exploring the art of building with her hands, Mia is always evolving and inviting others to do the same.

In everything she does, including The OG, Mia aims to inspire others to tap into their own potential and find harmony within themselves. She believes that we all have the capacity to feel good, both in our bodies and our community, and Mia & Randee are here to help guide that journey.

Randee Godfrey

Randee is a serial entrepreneur, futurist, creative, and forever-learner. She has been trained in Herbal Medicine for Women, Mystic Astrology, Yoga, Menstrual Cycle Nutrition, Fitness & Energetics, Amma Therapy, Chinese Medicine, Medical Astrology, Lymph, Human Design, and Holistic Nutrition, and has led trainings and programs in Hot Pilates, Herbs and Nutrition for Cycle Health, Astrology, Moon Energetics, Feminine Empowerment, and Cycle Education.

To put it mildly, she's a student of life and strongly believes in following the signs the universe provides towards empowerment, connection, community, and transformation. 

When it comes to The OG, Randee combines her intuitive gifts with her passion for empowerment and body freedom to create uniquely healing spaces. These multidimensional pieces of education and her background as a heart-and-soul-led business owner provide a strong foundation to their Wellness Collective and perfectly complement Mia's many talents and gifts.
